The fishmonger´s staff in Froiz´s stores has received an interesting training related to Corvina REX and given by professionals from Frescamar in the areas of Quality and Sales.
General knowledge on aquaculture, about the company Frescamar, producer and marketer of Corvina REX, and about this species and its nutritional characteristics have focused the workshops.
Some courses, integrated into the training program of Froiz, which have also had content related to the sales arguments inherent in the product.
Five practical workshops and more than a hundred attendees, among whom were some store chain managers.
After the theory, the assistants have been able to know closely the cutting techniques of this versatile white fish thanks to the formative videos edited by the firm.
All of them have received a certificate as well as a gift consisting of a pair of otoliths: the small bones that the croaker contains in its auditory cavity and which the tradition considers lucky charms (See article A treasure inside the Corvina).
